I just ordered one printed journal and wish to order additional journals if possible. How can I do that?
Your credit card information is not available to us. As a result, we cannot charge any additional fees. You will need to make a second order. You can email us to see if it is possible to combine shipping costs.
How much shipping inside and outside of the United States? Is there a place I can get the journal locally in my country?
Shipping in the US for Journals is $6. Shipping outside of the United States is no longer possible due to the prohibitive increase in cost. The digital journal (PDF) is available internationally.
Is overnight or express shipping available?
No, we don’t offer that. The digital download offers immediate access to the program making costly shipping unnecessary. If you have a very specific need regarding shipping you can contact us and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request.
How do I return the program?
If you wish a refund please email us the following within 60 days of purchase: “I agree to remove All digital copies of Turnaround and it’s related products from any and all electronic devices. I will not store or retain any content in any format. All downloaded content will be purged and eliminated for eternity and can never be viewed again.” Return printed journals within 60 days as well as email us the above confirmation that you have deleted any copies of the files. Please include your name, address, email and order number (if you have it) so we can correctly process the refund. Pre-authorization is not required. Feel free to remove and destroy any used pages in the journal. We will destroy it anyway. A mangled journal won’t impact the refund. Please note that we don’t refund postage.

I am trying to order and I keep running into problems on the website before I can complete the process. What should I do?
On rare occasions we get feedback about problems in the ordering process. We continue to try to solve any issues but sometimes miss things. First we suggest you try a different browser. For example if you are using Safari, consider trying Chrome, Firefox or Explorer. We don’t have operators available all the time so you may have to leave a message and someone will return your call. If there is a significant time difference (we are UTC -0500) you can email us what product you would like to order and we will send you an invoice that you can pay online. It is through PayPal so it is secure.
