Our seven year old has loved this program, and we have too. The doctors give advice and instruction in a way that we genuinely enjoy and connect with. The best part is that the crying and fearful behavior have often turned into calm and even a look of bravery as we use the coping mechanisms we’ve learned. It’s imperative that as the parent you learn these strategies to help your kiddo through their moments of anxiety. It’s even been good for me as an adult when I have faced my own anxieties. I love that it’s made to be an audio book directly for kids: it makes our boy feel special and it’s down right funny. When we repeat back our son’s fears to him in the voice of Krank, he can’t help but laugh and he sees it differently. The program is thorough and addresses the doubts we’ve had. It’s like they’ve helped a few families through this before 😉 I especially love the workbook, it draws my son out in ways that he usually isn’t able to communicate. He’s getting slowly better, and I am SO thankful! The only complaint I have is that I wish I would’ve realized that the cheaper version is the complete program, and you can print out the workbook without buying the pricier version. Either way it’s been worth the money!
